How to Upgrade Your Seats

1. Login in the top-right corner.

2. Access Your Tickets

Once you are logged in:

• Select your name in the top-right corner.
• Click Tickets.

3. Select the Game You Want to Upgrade

• Locate the football game for which you would like to upgrade your seat(s).
• Select Upgrade.

4. Confirm Your Current Seats

• Confirm the seat(s) you would like to upgrade.
• Select Upgrade.
• A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to proceed. Select Upgrade again.

5. Select Your Chairback Seats

You have two options for selecting your new chairback seats:

Option 1: Select a Specific Seat Location

• Chairbacks are located in Upper 5 and Upper 8.
• On the seat map, chairback seats are represented by lime green circles.
• Select the specific chairback seat(s) you would like.

Option 2: Select Best Available Seating

• Select Best Available Seating.
• Locate the Chairback (Upper Tier) zone.
• Select the number of chairback seats you would like to upgrade.
• Select Proceed.

6. Pay the Difference

You will be prompted to pay the difference in price between your current seat(s) and the chairback seat(s). Once payment is completed, your seats will be upgraded to the selected chairback locations.
